Our main fundraising event is a 5k run/fitness walk inspired in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure©, the world’s largest and most successful education and fundraising event for breast cancer. Our annual 5K runs and fitness walks raises significant funds and increases awareness for the breast cancer movement. With the support of our sponsors our annual walks are dynamic and include but certainly not limited to the celebration of breast cancer survivorship, honoring those who have lost the battle with breast cancer, and improving access to breast cancer information. Since inception the RFCA -Ghana team have raised funds that have aided in screening assistance, medical equipment donations and provided greater access to communities for awareness raising.
